The April 18th blog entry, 'Technology Hype', noted the "Brazilian RoboCop glasses" report making the rounds of the 'net and called "shenanigans" on the story... Some of the details such as the 12 mile range seemed very unlikely to this blogger, even if the piece was reprinted uncritically by hundreds of 'serious' web sites.
